While prior experience in the fitness industry, particularly at Motivate Fitness, is a plus, your ability to shine in group training is essential, or you're prepared to show us your potential in this arena.

• To be considered, a minimum of 1 year of experience as a personal fitness trainer is a must, and your availability on weekends is a big plus.
• Your character, care, and communication skills are highly valued, and your energetic and attentive approach is absolutely essential.
• Understanding the nuances of functional movement, HIIT, Strength, Power, and Endurance training programs aligns perfectly with our training philosophy.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills are not just expected but celebrated, and if you're comfortable with public speaking, that's a definite bonus.
• Plus, if you're adept at utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to engage with our community, that's a valuable advantage.
• Hold nationally accredited fitness certifications like NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, or AFAA, and maintaining current CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a must. Additionally, group training certification is requir

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
