Fitness Center Director manages and develops health and fitness programs in a healthcare facility. Oversees and trains staff members, manages the day-to-day operations of the business, and maintains the facility and equipment. Being a Fitness Center Director requires a bachelor's degree. 5. Attends regular and special staff meetings.
6. Conducts scheduled and impromptu fitness center orientations.
7. Monitor all activities on the fitness center floor.
8. Provide daily care and cleaning of all exercise equipment in the fitness center.
9. Enforce all SWLA Fitness Center’s policies and procedures in a consistent manner.
10. Communicates regularly with the supervisor of the SWLA Fitness Center and provide additional service requested.
