We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the crew members involved in our Districts risk reduction and fire prevention efforts. This is a leadership role that requires strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Educate: Promote prevention in our community with home wildland risk assessments.
Participate: Supervise crew activity and participate in post fire mop-up and recovery activities, including smoke checks and monitoring of the environment after a fire.
Lead: This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supervisor position with Fire District 3!
