Fire Inspector Supervisor oversees the inspection of fire-damaged dwellings to determine cause and prevention. Enforces a variety of fire laws, regulations, and policies. Being a Fire Inspector Supervisor requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Fire Inspector Supervisor relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Summary of the Position: Inspector’s ensure that the guestrooms are cleaned and sanitized meeting the standards of cleanliness; and ready for guest accommodations while complying with safety standards / security procedures. This position is responsible for inspecting the Housekeepers’ work daily ensuring guest rooms are ready for occupancy while meeting guest expectations and brand standards. Assist with other duties in the Houseperson and Housekeepers duties and, on occasion, assist with light-duty maintenance work.
