Our client in Tucson, AZ is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for their country club. Local candidates only.

Summary:

• As a Restaurant Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee all restaurant operations to ensure their smooth daily functioning.
• You will also be tasked with assigning duties to the restaurant staff and ensuring that they are carried out promptly.
• Your main objective is to deliver top-notch customer service to our guests. You will collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage in the recruitment and training of potential employees in line with their designated roles.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of similar experience in Country Clubs, Hotels, or Full Service Restaurants.
• Exceptional management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask while prioritizing tasks.
• Extensive experience in demonstrating leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $44,000.00 per year
