Position Available: General Manager

We are seeking an experienced partner to lead front-of-house operations in this high-end, confidential location. This role requires finesse to manage the intricacies of a setting where reservations are by referral only. The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing the concept, with potential incentives for loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience as Restaurant GM for high-end, upscale or fine dining restaurants.
• Proven success in high-end, fine dining hospitality management
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate a unique and exclusive atmosphere
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly with guests
• Commitment to contributing to the growth and success of the establishment

Compensation:

• Salary: $90-$100k
