**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our upscale restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, enhancing their dining experience with professionalism and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements - Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders - Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any issues promptly - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Handle payments and operate POS/cash register efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant settings preferred - Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation, and presentation - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling techniques - Familiarity with restaurant operations, including kitchen procedures and guest services - Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Joining our team as a Fine Dining Server offers the opportunity to work in a sophisticated dining environment while providing top-notch service to our discerning clientele.
