- proven more then 2 years restaurant experience.
- proven fine dining experience.
- menu has to be memorized.
- you are able to explain the menu.
- you must be able to tell the qualities of the wines.
- you must be able to take the customer's orders without having to write down anything.
- experience with POS system, by preference SQUARE.
- Serving always goes with a smile and seems effortless.
