The Villages of San Luis Obispo is looking for kind and energetic servers to provide meal service to our residents. We are a premier living community for retired seniors that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of life to our residents. We were voted Best Retirement Home 2023 in the New Times Best of SLO reader's poll.

This position requires:
Availability from 4pm to 8pm, three-to-five shifts per week. Some day shifts from 7am to 3pm may also be available.

Perfect job for students or anyone looking for extra earnings in a low-stress environment.

Experience is not required. We will train individuals with positive learning attitudes. $100 sign-on bonuses are provided at our assisted-living facility.

Responsibilities include:
- Serve meals in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
- Deliver tray meals to residents in their apartments.
- Prepare dining room before and after each meal by performing necessary cleaning and stocking
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment at all times.
