GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Our restaurant is looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the art of presentation to join our team as a Fine Dining Server. Our ideal candidate is a well-spoken individual who is knowledgeable about both our style and our cuisine. To serve the guests while presenting a friendly, pleasant, neat, and sophisticated image.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide exceptional service using ‘fine dining’ etiquette.
- Be knowledgeable of the menu to recommend, suggest, promote, and sell menu items and ‘specials’ to the guests in a positive and descriptive manner.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the Wait Station that meet or exceed the State and Local Health Board Inspection Requirements.
- Report any problems with our guests or co-workers to the Restaurant/Lounge Supervisor or Manager.
- Perform opening and side-work duties as instructed.
- Comply with Management teams Policies and Procedures.
- Perform accurate transactions on the Micros POS System.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must be 21 and posses an OLCC license or obtain one upon hire.
