Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. Job Description:
This position manages and leads a team of finance professionals providing effective implementation of policy, practices, procedures and systems in the Planning, Consolidation, Account Reconciliation and Reporting applications within Dataworks financial systems including the design, development, and implementation of solutions by utilizing best practice standards. Delivers timely financial information and analysis for both internal and external reporting. Understands financial statements and has a solid understanding of the overall financial process. (E.g., Financial Close, Budgeting/Projection processes, etc.). Is also able to understand and solve business problems, architect, and implement system integrations, and design and develop complex features to meet clients' business needs/requirements. Supports corporate initiatives/objectives using current technologies available, develops professionals while creating an effective organization in support of company strategic priorities.
