Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. Being a Financial Systems Manager researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements, and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements. Creates processes and procedures to ensure best practices for financial systems are used throughout the organization. Additionally, Financial Systems Manager trains departmental staff as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Financial Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Financial Intelligence Analyst opportunity available based in El Paso, TX. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD TS/SCI security clearance. 

    ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES 
    • Conduct Counter Threat Finance (CTF) and Threat Finance Intelligence (TFI) analysis that contributes to DoD strategic, operational, and tactical support to law enforcement agencies.
    • Analysts may contribute to the development of theater wide TFI analytical products to support CTF activities.
    • Provide support to DoD CTF program reporting requirements by drafting correspondence and briefings for DoD and for USG law enforcement agency personnel.
    • Assist in the development of TFI analysis-derived action plans, papers, assessments, reports, and target packages, as required.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
    • Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. 
    • A Bachelor's degree relevant to the subject area of this contract from a college or university accredited by a body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
    • 12 years of specialized experience in the required area of expertise.
    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 
    • Active Passport.
    • Ability to travel up to 30%, both CONUS and OCONUS.  OCONUS locations include: 
    • Germany and UK
    • In rare/some occasions, overnight travel may be required. 
    PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS 
    Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirementsIf this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location. 
    Office setting: 
    • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. 
    • Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. 
    • May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
