Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. Being a Financial Systems Manager researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements, and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements. Creates processes and procedures to ensure best practices for financial systems are used throughout the organization. Additionally, Financial Systems Manager trains departmental staff as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Financial Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     What you will be doing

    The Digital Workforce team is looking for a Financial Business Systems Analyst (Analyst) to support our business customers in the Finance and Shared Services organization by enabling and implementing transformative change and operational excellence through novel and customer-centric solutioning. The Analyst will build and deploy these solutions utilizing technologies including, but not limited to, RPA, DPA, AI, ML, and NLP that improve operational outcomes across people, process, and technology. They will partner with business customers on the delivery of data-driven initiatives toward enabling a culture of “Continuous Improvement” and Digital Transformation.

    The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

    Main responsibilities

    • Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Automation Anywhere, Azure Databricks, Google BigQuery, and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Design, build, deploy and assist in the development of strategic outlook for Cloud AI to innovate high-quality and scalable solutions using Google Vertex AI, generative AI and/or other relative AI tools.
    • Experience writing complex SQL statements.
    • Develop Business Workflow Automations.
    • Actively participate in ideation sessions and be a day-to-day partner.
    • Identify current and emerging technologies.
    • Experience with data acumen, assembling large complex data sets data extraction that meet functional/non-functional business requirements, translate data into actionable insights which provide valuable insights.
    • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of 'big data' technologies and sources.
    • Design, build, and deploy analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline.

    We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferable in Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Technology, Statistics, or related field and/or relative technical experience or certifications.
    • One to three years of experience specializing in Business Workflow Automation, RPA, DPA, SQL, NoSQL and/or other tools for automating business processes.
    • Experience with object-oriented scripting languages: Python, R, and JavaScript and data-structures like JSON and XML
    • Experience in identifying current, emerging technologies, and bringing tangible solutions to business stakeholders.
    • Travel requirements - Based on Business Requirements
