Pay Range: $43-55/hr. W2 (depending on experience and state residency, no C2C)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain the firm’s finance application inventory and roadmaps to align with current strategies and optimize leverage.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents based on user needs versus system capabilities and ensure regular updates.
• Optimize user experience through effective system design and integration.
• Provide level 3 support for existing financial system architecture and related business processes.
• Coordinate break/fixes/patches and support enhancements.
• Participate in monthly financial close/reporting procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.
• Familiarity with all tiers of system architecture (presentation, application, data, etc.).
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting software and hardware requirements.
• Proficiency in creating and monitoring system performance metrics.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters Elite Enterprise or 3E preferred.
• Familiarity with other legal applications such as IntApp products, Concur, ARCS, FAS, etc.
• Experience with support and workflow management tools preferred (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Demonstrated ability in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong background in application support and maintaining effective internal IT processes in both workflow and change management, across day-to-day operations and projects.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field.
