Performs customer service and administrative tasks to answer product questions, make changes to accounts, open new accounts, and receive orders. Maintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads and additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing.
