Financial Retail Sales Assistant - Non-Registered provides sales and business development support for one or more licensed/registered investment product sales representatives. Performs customer service and administrative tasks to answer basic product questions, make changes to accounts, and open new accounts. Being a Financial Retail Sales Assistant - Non-Registered coordinates but does not execute orders. Maintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads and additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Additionally, Financial Retail Sales Assistant - Non-Registered tracks referrals, schedules sales appointments, and fulfills requests for information. Has a basic knowledge and understanding of the firm's product offerings. Typically requires an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Financial Retail Sales Assistant - Non-Registered works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Key Requirements:
The education generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
