Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our lawn care and cleaning services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with purchases and process transactions using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain an organized
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Knowledge of selling services is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
