System1 is seeking a self-motivated dynamic individual to serve as the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting In this role you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and disclosures for external financial reporting, including internal and external reporting. Strong GAAP experience is a must. You will manage external auditor’s review of the SEC filings and coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits of financial documents as well as other accounting duties.
As part of our accounting team, this position will play a critical role in System1’s operations department. You will be working alongside our exceptional accounting team.

\nThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 - $223,100 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
