Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Manager manages the financial reporting staff May work with external auditors to provide requested information. May assist with the preparation of materials for board or shareholders. Additionally, Financial Reporting Manager requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Reporting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Financial Reporting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting

  • System1 is seeking a self-motivated dynamic individual to serve as the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting  In this role you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and disclosures for external financial reporting, including internal and external reporting.  Strong GAAP experience is a must. You will manage external auditor’s review of the SEC filings and coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits of financial documents as well as other accounting duties.


    As part of our accounting team, this position will play a critical role in System1’s operations department.  You will be working alongside our exceptional accounting team.

    The Role You Will Have:
    • Implement partner solutions using core Search products
    • Manage post-sales relationships and implementation of Web Search services for new and existing product launches and enhancements. Build, sustain and grow key account relationships and revenue
    • Own the success of partnerships and track and report success through analysis of key performance metrics
    • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and user retention
    • Resolve business issues and work with Technical Account Managers to resolve technical issues
    • Assist Business Development Managers in latter stages of the sales cycle and with up-selling over the term
    • Help distinguish System1’s Business Solutions from its competition through the delivery of superior customer service


    What You Will Bring:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, data analytics, computer science or similar. MBA preferred.
    • 4 years of experience in project management within the software industry
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, etc.)
    • Excellent relationship-building and partner communication skills
    • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners
    • Search Industry knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Online Marketing, SEM/SEO, Mobile, Project Management

    The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 - $223,100 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
