Financial Reporting Director directs and oversees the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Director confirms that entries, transactions, and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and are included in internal and external financial statements. Advises management of trends and changes in reporting requirements and recommends best approach for any changes in reporting. Additionally, Financial Reporting Director may serve as a liaison with or oversee the work of external auditors. May direct the preparation of materials for board or shareholders. Requires a bachelor's degree of Accounting or Finance. Typically reports to top management. The Financial Reporting Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Financial Reporting Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to join our growing team in the technology industry. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls. They will also support leading through mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, and other complex financial transactions. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of at least 7 years of experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with financial statement preparation and/or review, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, shareholders’ equity and disclosures, accurately and on a timely basis
    • Assist with researching and implementing technical accounting interpretations and pronouncements. Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
    • Prepare, review, and maintain schedules to support the financial statements
    • Assist with preparing and/or reviewing the annual US GAAP financial statements, including updating the financial statements and footnote disclosures.
    • Support the Company’s external auditors performing the annual audit; ensure deadlines are met during the core audit both at interim and year-end
    • Assist in ensuring accounting policies are current and adequately documented. This will include assessing the adequacy of processes that support appropriate accounting and testing processes from time-to-time and sharing results of this testing to CFO, Global Controller and audit committee.
    • Prepare or assist in reviewing additional monthly and quarterly reporting, including debt covenant compliance and key business metrics

    Qualifications:

    1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
    2. A minimum of 7 years' experience in financial reporting and technical accounting, preferably in the technology sector.
    3. Proven experience in managing mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, and internal controls.
    4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
    5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    8. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
