Financial Reporting Director directs and oversees the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for external use. Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. Being a Financial Reporting Director confirms that entries, transactions, and accounts are accurately and properly consolidated and are included in internal and external financial statements. Advises management of trends and changes in reporting requirements and recommends best approach for any changes in reporting. Additionally, Financial Reporting Director may serve as a liaison with or oversee the work of external auditors. May direct the preparation of materials for board or shareholders. Requires a bachelor's degree of Accounting or Finance. Typically reports to top management. The Financial Reporting Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Financial Reporting Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Stellenbeschreibung

    Unser Corporate Finance Team verantwortet ein breites Themenfeld aus Konzernrechnungswesen, Berichterstattung, Steuern, Treasury und integrierte Planung in unserem Headquarter in München-Riem. Als Teil dieses Teams sind Sie im Rahmen der Position als (Senior) Financial Analyst für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

    • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Quartals-, Halbjahres- sowie Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
    • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Lösen von bilanziellen Fragestellungen, insbesondere nach IFRS und HGB-Rechnungslegung
    • Mitarbeit und Verantwortung wechselnder Projekte (z.B. neue ESEF-Anforderungen und Nachhaltigkeitsbericht)
    • Kompetente Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen
    • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Konzeption und Koordination der Reporting-Prozesse

    Qualifikationen

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit entsprechenden Schwerpunkten oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Finanzbereich und einer Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter:in
    • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Konzernbilanzierung und IFRS-Rechnungslegung sowie HGB
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • IT-Kenntnisse: MS Office, SAP Modul FI/CO, SAP SEM-BCS, Analysis for Office oder vergleichbare Reporting Umgebungen
    • Neugier sowie Freude an der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Accounting- und Reporting-Prozessen
    • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für bilanzielle Zusammenhänge sowie analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen
    • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
