The specific position is for an Accounting Clerk with high level duties and responsibilities as listed below.General Duties & ResponsibilitiesReports to the CFOWorks closely with and takes direction from the ControllerSupports company’s team and clients as necessaryAccounting/Bookkeeping DutiesDaily banking and transaction dutiesCreate and upload ACH filesProcess and post payments from lockboxProcess and post payments received in houseProcess and post outbound checks and electronic transactionsPerform and clear various daily/weekly/monthly reconciliationsSystems and Process DutiesWork with accounting and IT team members to analyze and improve systems and processImporting/Exporting and updating QuickBooksWork with various online banking systemsQualificationsSkills & RequirementsExpert knowledge of MS ExcelProficiency in QuickBooksMust be able to work late from time to time to assure any daily processes are completeMust be able to work late on last business day of each month until all daily/monthly process are completeAbility to quickly problem solve and find potential solutions to issuesAbility to collaborate and work on long term projectsProject management experience or exposure desiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
