Financial Counselor - Healthcare jobs in Iowa

Job Description:

Full Time Financial Counselor position available.

Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Our Financial Counselor is the primary contact for customers in house with questions on bills.

Duties will include meeting with patients who have questions on their billings and setting up payment arrangements.

They will help patients with Financial Assistance or help explore other payment options.

The ability to multi-task will be very important as they will also be preparing pre-admission cost estimates to patients along with other duties.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
