Financial Associate (Corporate) jobs in Oklahoma

Position Summary:

The responsibilities of this position are to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational data to the executive team and dealership management of Bob Moore Auto Group. This position reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end performance reports.
• Create reports illustrating financial performance versus benchmarks such as prior year, prior month, and forecast, as well as their implications.
• Analyze business operations, trends, expenses, revenues, and financial commitments.
• Assist management with preparation and consolidation of the annual forecast.
• Work with programmers to maintain and manage the corporate reporting systems.
• Prepare presentations for executives that are visually engaging and intuitive.
• Document process for generating reports to ensure results accurately represent the underlying data and can be replicated by other Analysts.
• Assist with other Ad HOC financial analysis and reporting as needed.

• Understand financial terminology, principles, calculations, and the ability to conduct financial analysis.
• Able to clearly present financial and operational trends in a visual format that is grouped, summarized, and formatted to be easily understood and actionable.
• Able to extract and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Curiosity to research issues and willingness to expand breadth of knowledge of the automotive industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred, but not required.
• Advanced experience and use of reporting tools including Tableau, MS Office, SQL databases.
• Automotive experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
