Role Description
Corporate Finance Business Development Associate
The focus of the business development associate position is to support the business development efforts of the corporate finance
practice area of the firm. The support efforts will be both in referral partner relationships and directed company contact. This position
reports directly to the group head of corporate finance and will work closely with others within corporate finance to implement
directed marketing strategies and tactics.

Organizational Management:
o Assist in the creation of content to facilitate introductory meetings
o Track prospects, prepare initial introductory materials for prospects, and coordinate transition to execution team
o Complete necessary administrative tasks for new clients (ERP, business development, marketing collateral, engagement
agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.)
