Description:

A registered investment advisory firm is looking for a responsible and dependable assistant in supporting a successful Certified Financial Planner/Vice President in overall financial planning and wealth management practice. With responsibility for day-to-day office details, the Financial Advisor Assistant works with other team members in the practice to help ensure that clients' servicing needs are met and have a wonderful wealth management experience.

Responsibilities & Activities:

• Processes new accounts and account transfers
• Processes new contributions and redemptions
• Communicate with clients on their servicing needs
• Work with compliance tasks to meet firm's and broker dealer's regulations
• Manage customer relationship management software (CRM)
• Schedule and manage client meetings and teleconferencing
• Coordinates state, SEC, and NASD licensing
• Handles miscellaneous operational activities
• Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities
• Coordinate and manage client appreciation events
• Prioritize tasks and projects each day before leaving office

• An ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress; fast paced environment
• Good computer knowledge
• Higher Education
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Morningstar Workstation, Albridge and Redtail CRM is helpful

Prefered Qualficiations

• Work experience in wealth management or financial service industry preferred
• Public Notary
• Minimum 2-3 years of Administrative experience

Hours

• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm in office

Salary

• The salary range for this position is $48,000-$55,000 depending on qualifications and experience
