Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, club bookkeeper.
Duties:
Membership billing for dues, assessments, & special events. Process accounts payable invoices for timely payment with accuracy in general ledger coding and distribution amounts.
Process and post member payments to member accounts, whether received by check, bank ach, or credit card. Send reminder emails or letters to members who are past due on their accounts.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in accounting or business administration. Minimum of two years accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reports. PC computer skills & Excel.
-Use country club specific software to process member billing transactions and generate financial reports.
