Summary of Responsibilities:
Assists Director of Corporate Real Estate Services and Real Estate Managers with the management and leasing of various Company-occupied properties. Manages approved construction and renovation projects with manager oversight. Manages capital tenant improvements performed to client-occupied field properties. Monitors applicable safety regulations and practices. Assists in the preparation of an annual rent and expense budget for all assigned properties. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when appropriate and updaties manager on a regular basis.
