We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to contribute
to our team and work with our partners to keep our communities in outstanding physical
condition and deliver excellent service to our community. You will help us
continue to create and maintain well-managed, sustainable housing. By working
with our financier and government partners, you will help us ensure that every
community remains in compliance with various federal, state, and local
requirements. The Junior Financial Analyst reports to the VP of Finance and
will perform routine and ad hoc reporting and analyses, track reporting
schedules, submit reports to government and financial partners, maintain
records, and provide clear communication. Additionally, you will have the
opportunity to work with our Development, Asset Management, and Accounting
