Requirements:
CPA qualification with a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the farming or agricultural sector.
Proven track record in successful succession planning and execution within a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry-specific financial practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in leveraging financial systems and tools to drive strategic decision-making.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $160,000 annually
Additional Benefits: 20% performance-based bonus
