The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and expertise in Capital Markets, Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) workflows. As a BA Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance our asset management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of business analysts responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining scope, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including Asset Management, Operations, and Technology, to understand business needs and priorities.
Conduct detailed analysis of Capital Market activities, Front Office operations, and Middle/Back Office workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of asset management systems, tools, and technologies.
Drive the implementation of new systems, processes, and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, facilitate workshops, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the BA team, including mentoring and coaching junior analysts.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on Asset Management and Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office workflows and processes.
Proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives in the asset management industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of business analysts.
