Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours/week, approximately 3 days working onsite
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, under the direction of the Director of Financial Planning & Treasury, is responsible for providing analytical and modeling support. This position plays a key role in enabling the efficient and effective financial operation of the SFMOMA, one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in the United States. It offers exposure to all departments and all levels of a nonprofit institution that aims to open minds through art and the creative process.
After 30 days, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will have developed an understanding of their role in FP&A, workflows, and internal partners. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will have made inroads into learning SFMOMA systems and applications.
After 90 days, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will have established positive and collaborative relationships with partners in other departments; and is rapidly developing proficiency in the tools used to manage workflows.
After one year, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will have strong working relationships with internal and external partners and be able and ready to make live. They will have the ability to present financial data to various stakeholders. They will also work independently, including proactively identifying opportunities and projects to optimize workflows and strengthen collaboration.
