Financial Analysis Manager jobs in Minnesota

• Administer the Profitstar financial reporting system and prepare a variety of monthly financial reports from this system to executive management and bank office presidents. Responsible for the creation and preparation of a variety of external financial reporting and analysis assignments including, but not limited to, Call reports and form Y-9 filings.  Assist in the preparation of the annual Audited Financial Statements (including footnotes).
• Calculate and distribute monthly and quarterly bonus/incentive amounts for the Bank and Holding Company employees. Provide quarterly loan origination reports to bankers for analysis/approval of incentive payouts to lenders.  Complete analysis and documentation to confirm regulatory compliance with lender incentive pay rules. Maintain loan records and incentive calculations for commissioned mortgage lenders.
• Maintain the general ledger chart of accounts and appropriate updates to core system reports.
• Prepare cash flow projections for bi-weekly Funds Management & Investment Committee (FMIC) meetings, and a variety of supplemental reports for the quarterly Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) meetings.
• Prepare financial statements for the Financial Investment Services (FIS) line of business. Track FIS commissions, generate income/expense postings, calculate incentive payments for investment representatives.  Provide reporting as needed to FIS program manager, CEO, and CFO.  Reconcile Frandsen Insurance Services internal bank accounts for outside business.
• Co-manage the income and expense allocations performed in the Bank.

Salary range is $89,000 - $134,000 based on the experience.
