The FP& A Manager must have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. How you will make an impact

- Enable strategic and day-to-day decisions through financial analysis

- Prepare financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis

- Test budget and fiscal assumptions in the creation of operating plans

- Engage with staff by recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees

- Help with financial deliverables to the executive team

- Supervise and oversee the operations of the financial planning team

- Contribute to financial analysis support for forecasting and corporate budgeting processes

- Supervise financial analysis and developing short- and long-term financial forecasts

- Provide key financial analysis to inform both day-to-day and strategic decisions

- Address and improve strategic issues by working in cross-functional development teams

- Create operational budgets and forecasts during the annual budget development cycle

- Execute financial valuation and analysis for mergers and acquisitions
