The Finance Specialist reports to the Program Manager for the Overseas Protective Operations Training (OPO-T) Program IDIQ Contract. The Finance Specialist supports Task Order Financial Management to include oversight of pricing, funding, invoicing, and budget management. The Finance Specialist will participate in weekly meetings with the Department of State and have significant interface with corporate support, contract management staff, project accountants, customer, senior technical personnel, project control analyst, budget analyst as well as other functional organizations.
