Finance Manager manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Being a Finance Manager forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Provides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting is produced. Additionally, Finance Manager oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effective budgets. Acts as an advisor to management on regulations and other matters that may impact the financial activities of the company, engaging with outside consultants if applicable. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager or director. The Finance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Merchant Services Representative
This is a work-from-home position open to candidates in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexicao, Utah, and Idaho.
As a Merchant Services Representative your main responsibility is to handle all inbound and outbound calls with our Merchants providing them with excellent customer service when they need our assistance in using our financing program for their customers. In addition, a Merchant Service Representative is responsible for all new merchant set-ups, trainings, processing consumer applications and reviewing conditions for funding. We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service day in and day out.
The position is full-time with *Saturdays required. Shift is weekdays 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT weekdays with Sunday/Wednesday or Sunday/Thursday off, and Sat. 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PT.
