Finance Manager manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Being a Finance Manager forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Provides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting is produced. FAME is seeking a knowledgeable, driven and compassionate individual to become part of the Business Team as a Business Programs Manager. The individual in this position is responsible for administering and managing FAME’s portfolio of commercial loans, managing workout officer, programs specialist, commercial loan assistants, and commercial loan administrator, maintaining consistent operations and process improvements, and supporting FAME products and services. In collaboration with the senior commercial loan officer, the individual will identify process improvement opportunities and onboard new programs accordingly.
