    Job Summary

    This individual will be primarily responsible for the management of the company’s Concur Expense management program and support Treasury related projects to deliver cross functional expertise and solutions. The Concur Manager will drive the successful direction of Concur operations, global implementations and satisfy the responsibility of Super Concur admin to provide consulting guidance and be the escalation point with the Concur relationship team. This role will interact closely with other Treasury team members, as well as other Finance functions such as FP&A, Accounting, A/R, A/P, Compliance, Audit and others.
    Lead the Concur operations to provide direction to TAH and TAH subsidiaries on projects, implementations, and improvement initiatives.

    Lead and support the rollout and implementation of the TAH Concur program to our global Terumo partners. Manage the daily Concur processing and report writing requirements as well as required maintenance of Concur solution and its peripheral solutions and interfaces to enhance, streamline procedures, and to ensure integrity of processes and data.

    Job Details/Responsibilities

    SAP CONCUR TECHNOLOGY

    • Optimize the use of Concur & Credit card banking technology to actively monitor expense activities.
    • Optimize the use of Concur and support global system Admins.
    • Ongoing assessment and implementation of Concur as part of a Global initiative.
    • Work with international colleagues in the implementation of Concur Expense and Travel.
    • Work closely with HR and payroll to facilitate the addition, maintenance and deletion of employee data.
    • Perform frequent Audit of employee expense activities and escalate actions to manager and HR as needed.
    • Partner with HR to facilitate the resolution of employee expense report discrepancies.
    • Ensure correct expense data files are exported to SAP and correct files as needed.
    • Provide Accounting with Debit Note information for proper recording of cost allocation activities.
    • Establish audit rules and required policy parameters as needed by organization.
    • Provide report writing expertise and assistance to company colleagues as needed.
    • Develop and maintain procedures manuals for Concur processes and provide ongoing training and support.
    • to cross functional teams.


    CARD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

    • Lead and manage the rollout of credit card programs.
    • Administer company’s card programs with complete oversight for proper use
    • Manage possible fraud alerts with urgency and communicates to management.
    • Provides ongoing training to new cardholders on the company program and resources available.
    • Ensures proper approvals are obtained for the issuance of all new cards.
    • Work closely with Concur Administration and Procurement to ensure alignment.
    • Develop and maintain a Perfect Form Electronic card request and approval environment.

    PAYMENT PROCESSING

    • Manage strong adherence to disbursement controls, regardless of urgency.
    • Process Treasury wire transfers as required by management.
    • Assist AP with TMS and Treasury expertise to support function.
    • Assist AP in providing a solution on payment failures or urgent payments.

    Qualifications/ Background Experiences

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics and MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of education and background experiences.
    • Minimum 7 years of in-depth hands on Concur processing and reporting expertise required.
    • Minimum 5 years of Treasury (cash management, capital markets, banking) work experience preferred.
    • Must have attended Concur’s Advanced Configuration Training in former role.
    • Administration experience with market leading banking systems/platforms.
    • Experience with Treasury Management systems (i.e. Kyriba).
    • Experience with SAP proficiency highly preferred.
