• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Updating files
• Delivering documents to court or other offices as needed
• Closing files and taking the to storage (requires moderate lifting)
