Evans & Dixon is currently seeking to add a full-time File Opening and File Management clerk to work with our Joliet team. Candidates must be responsible, have the ability to multi-task, work independently and work within a team. Primary responsibilities would consist of analyzing and organizing electronic documents, inputting information analyzed into various systems to aid file opening, and to help maintain file organization throughout the litigation process. We are looking for self-disciplined candidates with a strong work ethic, ability to use PDF programs, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and other programs. An ideal candidate will have a general understanding of medical records as well or the willingness to learn the same.
