JOB SCOPE
This Summer File Clerk will assist in tasks assigned by the Human Resources Director, which will include filing, photocopying, scanning, organization of materials and similar projects as assigned. The successful applicant must be committed to maintaining confidentiality while performing clerical tasks accurately and efficiently.
Currently anticipated for up to 20 hours/week, with schedule to be determined in consultation with the Human Resources Director.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow directions from the Supervisor.
Accurate in performing basic clerical responsibilities, including filing.
To perform the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to walk, stand, reach and work in file areas that may require standing on a step stool.
RATE of PAY:
$14.00 per hour
