- Sort, categorize, and file documents according to established filing systems

- Retrieve and deliver requested files and documents to staff members
- Assist in the creation and organization of new files as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
- Conduct regular audits to ensure file accuracy and completeness
- Assist with proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
- Coordinate projects related to file management and organization
- Transcribe information from various sources accurately
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar software
- Experience in file management and maintaining organized records
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
