The position will help organize current records based on their type and retention schedules. Incumbent will be making copies, completing basic forms, removing paper/binder clips and documenting the files before packaging and shipping to the Records Center. Incumbent performs standardized and non-standardized tasks and requires incumbent to effectively manage agency resources while keeping consistent with agency policies and laws affecting the agency.
