Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Scan customer paperwork, as well as any additional paperwork received
• File accounts payable/ accounts receivable
• Responsible for the overall organization of the file room
• Answers incoming phone calls, directs caller to the appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Greets showroom customers in a welcoming manner and directs them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Creates temporary tags when a customer purchases a vehicle.
• Serves as a clerical back-up, scanning documents for electronic storage.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and pervious experience in a position of similar responsibility. A pleasant and courteous demeanor, strong administrative, organizational skills, phone, and computer skills. Automotive experience a plus but not required. Saturday availability is a necessity.
