Field Service Supervisor oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. Being a Field Service Supervisor responsibilities also include maintaining offices and facilities including ensuring inventory is fully stocked. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Field Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. This position plans, coordinates and directs the daily functions of assigned operations facility and supervises equipment operating staff. Estimated Pay Range: $55,661.62 - $76,534.73 Benefits: Health Insurance with choice of medical plan and prescription, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance options, along with flexible spending accounts 401K retirement savings program with generous agency match Paid vacation, personal and sick leave Ten paid holidays per year Tuition assistance Minimum Requirements: Graduation from a standard high school or GED plus one year of supervisory experience in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities and six years prior experience operating heavy equipment; OR graduation from a standard high school or GED plus six years of progressively responsible experience applicable to the hiring facility. This experience must include a lead role in field operations, recycling/solid waste or construction activities. Must have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's license, CDL A preferred. Erosion and Sediment control responsible person preferred, required within six months of hire. This position will be open until filled.
