Summary of Role:
This position is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple Residential Field Service Technicians, reports to a Regional Operations Manager, and is supported by the Field Service Department. The Field Services Supervisor works closely with Field Service Technicians, the warehouse team, and the scheduling team to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient post-installation servicing of residential PV and PV Storage projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safety-first culture, providing on-the-job training, managing projects, and interfacing with homeowners as necessary. This job requires a customer-first attitude, problem-solving abilities, and skills in Microsoft Suite and our internal CRM.
