Work you’ll do

• Participate in Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
• Participate in workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in Workday HCM space (primarily in Security)
• May participate in Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs, M&A.
• May participate in conducting health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimization
• Serve as a resource for other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your area(s) of expertise
• Participate in AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
• Assist in guiding, communicating and educating our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
• Along with colleagues, provide solutions on the fly and demonstrate the ability to think strategically

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM Security configuration/integrations or worked/working with end client managing Workday HCM system
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system
• Minimum of 1-year experience in configuring advanced security group types
• Minimum of 2 years of producing high level design document highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required configuration
• Minimum of 1 year managing user access by provisioning new accounts, modifying access permissions, and de-provisioning accounts as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with supporting semi-annual Workday releases
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated mastery of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 2 years Consulting experience or managing client Workday HCM/Security system
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 to $163,125.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
