Job Summary
Temporary Field Crew Members are key members of our team, contributing to our winter season planting and harvest activities. They have the ability to work closely with and support multiple functions within the site and be are a key component to a successful season of producing quality seed.
Environment Conditions
Temporary Field Crew Members work in a variety of environmental conditions, primarily outdoors. Each member must be willing and able to work in a variety of areas including the seed processing facility, fields, and/or warehouse environment. Frequent walking and standing is required on flat and uneven surfaces. This can include frequent work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet and dry conditions.
Basic Requirements
Preferred qualifications:
o Start time: will be set anywhere between 6:30 am 7:00 am
o End time: will be set anywhere between 3:00pm 6:30 pm and can change
o Any day of rest may occur anytime during the week and not necessarily on Saturday/Sunday
