Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment jobs in Orange, CA

National Equipment and Service is a leading provider of comprehensive commercial dock and door installation, maintenance, and repair services. We also specialize in servicing warehouse equipment. With a strong presence in Southern California, we are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated Field Service Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors, loading dock equipment, and material handling systems throughout the Southwest Region. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial doors, loading dock equipment, and material handling systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact at job sites and represent the company professionally.
• Work closely with the sales team and serve as a technical resource.
• Perform managerial duties such as project management, quality control, and field training.
• Design and execute plans to improve Technician performance.
• Review, approve, and revise Technician Work Orders/Service Reports.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial doors and loading dock equipment.
• Experience with hydraulic and/or pneumatic maintenance, repair, and service.
• Experience in welding and steel fabrication.
• Experience with electrical work.
• Experience in hiring, training, developing, and managing a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, field service environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Valid A, B or C Driver’s License.
