Job Duties:

• Oversee parts department activities, such as working with in house technicians and customers to order and deliver parts in a timely manner.
• Sell Parts and service to walk-in and over the phone customers.
• Coordinate equipment service and maintenance on over 200 pieces of rental equipment along with customer equipment
• Help with rentals and sales when needed

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have construction equipment parts and retail sales experience
• Knowledge of heavy equipment systems; knowledge of parts pricing procedures
• Ability to use computers for inventory, record-keeping and Microsoft Office
• Customer & quality focus
• Enjoy working with people in a fast paced environment, be competitive, yet have the ability to remain calm
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Acute attention to detail

Experience:

• High school diploma or technical school and/or college degree
• Direct heavy duty truck or equipment parts dealer experience or parts operational management experience of 3-5 years is preferred.
• 5 years of service and customer experience
• Experience in managing an inventory system
• ASE parts certification a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that allows company insurability.
