Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment provides maintenance and technical support for company products at customer field locations. Installs new products or enhances existing ones and may provide training and best practices for on-site personnel. Being a Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment determines when products should be replaced and recommends and plans upgrades. Identifies and troubleshoots malfunctions and conducts or schedules repairs. Additionally, Field Service Rep. - Electronic Equipment develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Pay Details
The pay rate for this part-time position is $20 / hr based on experience and geographic location.
This position falls under the U.S. Department of Labor Service Contract Act (SCA). In addition to hourly pay, a Health and Welfare stipend of $4.
